Rush hour on the Connecticut Turnpike approaching Exit 27A, Trumbull, Waterbury

Take a look at this photo... It's rush hour on the Connecticut Turnpike approaching Exit 27A, Trumbull, Waterbury.

Most people living on the fast lane in America get stuck in this rush hour day in and day out, going to work, going home, going about their business.

According to a study done by the Harvard Health Watch, an average American spends 101 minutes per day driving. How many hours is that for you since you'be been at it?

Pascack Rd, Spring Valley, New York

Look at this photo, Pascack Road in Spring Valley, New York.

Actually there is North Pascack Road and South Pascack Road.

South Pascack runs from route 59 in Spring Valley all the way to the New Jersey Border to Park Ridge NY.

North Pascack Road runs from route 59 in Spring Valley towards New Square and ends on Eckerson Rd. But if you are not careful, you may end up in Northbrook Rd because North Pascack makes a sharp turn at a four-way stop sign.

A street in New City, New York, during the fall season

Look at this photo, this is one of the streets in the town of new City, New York, during the fall season.

Isn't this beautiful?

I've been told that one of the main reasons tourists come to New York during the fall is to see the colors of all the trees.

New York changes each season, all four seasons.

Dont you just feel STRESSED OUT sometimes?

Dont you just feel STRESSED OUT sometimes?

Stress is one of the worse diseases out there. The worse part of it is that sometimes you're stress and you don't even know it.

Your body will send you some signals to let you know it's time to relax but we live in such a busy world that you it may take you some time to realise you're stress out.

Some one told me Bardonia is a Hamlet and I asked him what the hell is a hamlet?

A Hamlet a small settlement, generally one smaller than a village. Now I now what "the Hamlets of Rockland" means.

US Airways says: We Salute Veterans for their distinguished service to our country

Take a look at this photo... A group of US Airways employees hold a banner with the American flag on the side and a message that reads: US Airways with salute Veterans for the distinguished service to our country.

This was the airline company's way of honoring a group of World War II veterans who had just arrived at Washington Dulles Airport on a visit to Washington DC memorials.
